Our most popular plan covers your entire home, not just HVAC. In addition to everything in Essential, the Whole-Home plan adds a full annual plumbing and electrical safety inspection. Our licensed technicians check water heaters, supply lines, drainage, panels, wiring, and outlets so you can catch small issues before they become costly emergencies.

Emergency service calls are completely free for Whole-Home members. You get a 25% discount on all repairs, a yearly indoor air quality test to protect your family's health, and the same technician assigned to every visit so they truly understand your home. Is there a long-term contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalties, no cancellation fees, and no guilt trips. We keep you because the service is worth it, not because of fine print.

When do my benefits start?

Immediately. The moment you sign up, you can book your first tune-up and start receiving your repair discounts. Priority dispatch is active on day one.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, at any time. If your needs change, just call us or send an email and we'll adjust your plan starting the next billing cycle. No fees to switch.

What counts as an "emergency service call"?

Any urgent issue that requires same-day or after-hours attention: no heat in winter, no AC in a heatwave, a burst pipe, or a tripped main breaker. Whole-Home and Family Care members pay $0 for the call-out fee.

How does the $100 loyalty credit work?

After 12 months of continuous membership on the Whole-Home or Family Care plan, a $100 credit is applied to your account. Use it on any service, repair, or equipment purchase. It never expires as long as you remain a member.

What is the Family Portal?

The Family Portal is a secure online dashboard where authorized family members can view service history, upcoming visits, and system status for a loved one's home. Perfect for adult children keeping an eye on a parent's home from a distance.

Do repair discounts apply to parts and labour?

Yes. Your plan discount (15%, 25%, or 30%) applies to the total repair bill, including both parts and labour. It does not apply to new equipment installations, which have their own member pricing.

Can I combine a plan with rebates or financing?

Absolutely. Maintenance plan discounts stack with government rebates like the Greener Homes Grant. We also offer 0% financing on qualifying equipment for all plan members. See our Rebates & Financing page for details.
