Canada Greener Homes Grant

You may qualify if:

Your home was built before a certain year (varies by province)
You are the homeowner (not renting)
You are upgrading to a qualifying heat pump, insulation, or windows
You have had (or are willing to get) a home energy audit
Your home is your primary residence

Utility Program

Enbridge Home Efficiency Rebate

You may qualify if:

You are an Enbridge gas customer
You are replacing a furnace, water heater, or upgrading insulation
Your current equipment is over 10 years old
You are upgrading to a high-efficiency model

Provincial Program

Save on Energy

You may qualify if:

You are upgrading lighting, HVAC, or insulation in your home
You are a residential electricity customer in Ontario

Common Qualifying Scenarios

You may qualify if...

Many GTA homeowners are eligible for one or more rebate programs. Here are some of the most common scenarios we see:

Your furnace or AC is 10+ years old and you are considering a replacement
You are a homeowner (not a tenant) in Ontario
You are interested in upgrading to a heat pump, high-efficiency furnace, or tankless water heater
You pay an Enbridge gas bill or are a residential hydro customer
You are planning insulation, window, or ductwork upgrades
Your home was built before 2010 and has never had an energy audit
